Working with teams across B2B tech and innovation ecosystems:

From messy brief, to measurable impact

Get a feel for how I think through strategy, executing campaigns, and delivering results.

Making B2B content consistent to build real market trust

for Crystalloids

The goal was to create a steady, recognisable B2B content presence with a clear connection between long-form content, the newsletter, and ongoing promotion.

I manage the B2B content engine end to end, shaping topics, writing and editing blogs, running the newsletter, and ensuring content is actively promoted and reused across channels. Everything is aligned to defined personas and commercial priorities, not just publication for publication’s sake.

The result? A consistent stream of high-quality content that strengthens brand visibility, supports sales conversations, and builds long-term trust with the target audience.

Making global campaigns executable for real regional teams

for a global leader in smart buildings and sustainability

The brief was short: a campaign plan to support global data center demand, but I went beyond the basics and built a comprehensive appendix with regional tactics, content ideas, and event strategy.

I designed a multi-touch framework covering thought leadership, paid media, events, and sales enablement, with localization mapped for the US, China, India, Saudi Arabia, and Ireland.

The result? A detailed, ready-to-launch plan that gave the client more than they asked for: a scalable campaign foundation instead of a placeholder deck.

Keeping pipeline warm during a global budget freeze

for Cognizant

No budget? No problem. This was mid-pandemic, during a global budget freeze, but we still had to keep moving.

I blew the dust off six existing whitepapers and gave them a fresh lick of paint— tying them together into one new European thought leadership campaign.

The result? The content got reused in sales decks and nurture streams, and helped the brand stay top of mind without spending a cent.

Building content structure that supports brand and pipeline

for a global managed services provider

No content plan, no consistency, and a newsletter no one looked forward to? I turned it around.

I created a content rhythm, rewrote the newsletter to actually sound like a person, and used partner co-marketing to keep the pipeline flowing.

The result? Follower count grew by 327% and (organic) newsletter reach expanded steadily over two years.

Turning partner events into relationship and pipeline accelerators

for Cognizant and Google Cloud, in partnership with CIONET

They needed to create standout, senior-level experiences that stayed memorable and sparked real conversations.

Managing budgets of €40K+, I planned and executed a series of experiential events across the Benelux, focused on generative AI and digital transformation. I handled everything from invitations, logistics, and vendor coordination, to promotion, messaging, and follow-up.

The result? These events received consistently positive feedback on content, coordination, and overall experience. Attendees were so engaged that follow-up was easy, or as our Commercial Lead for Europe put it, “When I call, they answer.”

Fixing messaging that made strong products even harder to sell

for SaaSplaza

They had a great set of offerings, but their messaging didn’t match.

I ran persona and customer journey workshops, rewrote key web pages, and built internal positioning docs to align marketing and sales during a full rebrand.

The result? A sharper value proposition that helped drive a 60% increase in marketing qualified leads in year one.

Turning live events into marketing and sales content within hours

for PhotonDelta, in partnership with We Take Five

PhotonDelta needed same-day content coverage during their live PIC Summit Europe event, with the goal of publishing and promoting insights while the event was still happening.

I worked closely with the WTF team in a lean setup. With the team down a person, we alternated between live note-taking and writing to draft, publish, and promote content in real-time. Across the two-day event, we delivered multiple morning blogs and session roundups, all published during the event itself and promoted on LinkedIn.

On day two, capacity was tighter due to filming and SME interviews running in parallel, so we focused on a single, comprehensive wrap-up blog, published and promoted the same day.

The result? On-time, high-signal content that extended the event’s impact beyond the event itself and drove real-time engagement on LinkedIn.

Building a marketing foundation to win trust and drive pipeline with audience expansion

for Dokter Alex Heezen

They wanted to redesign their website and broaden their audience to attract more international clients.

I used the redesign project to put a stronger marketing foundation in place: translating and optimizing key web pages so they sound fluent and credible in English, and working directly with their developer to synchronize updates.

I also coordinate their search and paid media setup, working with SEO and SEA specialists to ensure both organic and paid channels are built correctly from the start and aligned with the overall marketing direction.

The project is still ongoing, but the foundation is in place, with clear priorities, consistent messaging, and a promotional setup designed for rollout, scale, and future measurement.

Making internal training content usable at scale across 30+ countries

for Wolters Kluwer

They needed to create and scale an internal learning platform and keep it engaging.

I created onboarding and training content, wrote and narrated internal videos, and helped coordinate the platform launch.

The result? A smooth rollout across 30+ countries, consistent engagement across teams, and training content that actually got used.
